Third-Party and Provider Notice

Banks, electronic money institutions, payment providers, card acquirers, insurers, brokers, liquidity providers, technology vendors, hosting providers, professional advisers and regulators are independent third parties.

Unless a current, dated and authorised statement expressly says otherwise, a reference to a third party does not indicate partnership, agency, appointment, endorsement, approved distribution, exclusivity, authority to bind, guaranteed availability, guaranteed acceptance or responsibility for that third party’s services.

Third parties determine their own permissions, eligibility criteria, risk appetite, due diligence, pricing, terms, geographic availability, onboarding, service continuation and termination decisions.

An introduction or coordination role is not an approval, does not create agency or subcontracting, does not guarantee acceptance, does not transfer regulatory responsibility and does not replace the client’s own due diligence.

Where a client appoints a third party, the service is supplied under the contract between the client and that provider. FXHill is not a party unless written documents expressly state otherwise.

A third-party name or logo must not be published unless there is a current legitimate purpose, factual wording and trademark use are permitted, the relationship is accurately described and publication does not imply endorsement.

Generic descriptions may explain a provider category. Illustrative material must not be presented as a live offer, available route, quotation, current partner, client case or promise of access.
