Privacy Notice
How Afilcorp Capital Pte Limited collects, uses, stores and protects personal data through the FXHill website.

1. Data user
For personal data collected through the FXHill Website, the relevant data user is Afilcorp Capital Pte Limited.
2. Scope
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit the Website, submit an enquiry, correspond with FXHill, request information, participate in preliminary engagement discussions or use a related digital service expressly linked to this notice.
A separate notice may apply to an accepted professional engagement, recruitment, supplier relationship or statutory company-service matter.
3. Personal data collected
Depending on the interaction, personal data may include name, work email, business contact details, employer, role, jurisdiction, proposed activity, enquiry information, communications history, technical and security data, anti-spam signals, and records required for conflicts, risk, KYC/KYB or legal compliance if discussions progress.
Do not submit passports, identity documents, bank statements, source-of-funds records, client files or credentials through the public form.
4. Purposes
Personal data may be used to assess and respond to an enquiry, understand the business and timetable, conduct conflict and risk checks, determine whether a matter may be accepted, communicate, arrange secure exchange, protect the Website, maintain records, establish or defend legal rights, comply with law and improve reliability using appropriately configured analytics.
Contact-form data will not be used for unrelated direct marketing without a separate valid arrangement.
5. Whether provision is voluntary
Providing personal data through the enquiry form is voluntary. If required contact and business information is not provided, FXHill may be unable to assess or respond.
6. Accuracy and minimisation
Provide information that is accurate, relevant and no more extensive than necessary. FXHill may request clarification or ask that sensitive documents be transferred through a separate secure method.
7. Recipients
Where reasonably necessary, data may be disclosed to authorised personnel, cloud hosting, transactional-email, database, security and analytics providers, independently appointed professional advisers, a prospective contracting entity where appropriate notice is given, authorities where required or permitted by law, and persons authorised by the data subject.
Providers are independent service providers and are not described as partners merely because they process data.
8. International processing
Some service providers may process or store data outside Hong Kong. Reasonable contractual, technical and organisational measures are used having regard to the data, service and applicable law.
9. Service providers
The Website uses Vercel for hosting and Resend for transactional email. Other production providers are identified only where actually used and relevant to this notice.
10. Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including operational, conflict, compliance, legal and security requirements. Accepted matters are governed by the applicable engagement and compliance schedule.
11. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not submit sensitive material through ordinary email or the public form.
13. Direct marketing
The enquiry form does not enrol a person into marketing. Future direct-marketing use must be separately assessed, clearly explained and supported by required choices and withdrawal arrangements.
14. Access and correction
A person may request access to or correction of personal data in accordance with applicable Hong Kong requirements. Requests should be addressed to the Data Protection Contact, Afilcorp Capital Pte Limited, Unit B, 12/F, Hang Seng Causeway Bay Building, 28 Yee Wo Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, or initiated through the contact form using Privacy enquiry. Identity verification may be required.
15. Complaints and questions
Questions or concerns about personal-data handling may be submitted through the Website contact form and marked Privacy enquiry.
16. Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The effective date identifies the current version.
