FXHill

Leadership and accountability

Clear responsibility before serious work begins.

FXHill treats leadership as an operating discipline: authority must be defined, evidence must have an owner, challenge must be independent and closure must be recorded.

01

Operating oversight

Afilcorp provides the operating framework within which the FXHill brand, website and accepted mandates are administered.

02

Mandate acceptance

A matter is accepted only after scope, conflicts, suitability, KYC/KYB requirements, specialist dependencies and commercial terms have been reviewed.

03

Engagement leadership

Each accepted mandate identifies the person responsible for coordination, client communication, workstream ownership and escalation.

04

Independent specialist input

Legal, tax, accounting, audit or regulated advice is obtained from separately appointed and appropriately qualified specialists where required.

05

Client decision ownership

The client’s authorised management and board remain responsible for business, governance, regulatory and implementation decisions.

06

Evidence and closure

Material findings, responsibilities, actions, dependencies, timing and closure evidence should remain visible throughout the mandate.
