These terms govern access to and use of fxhill.com, its pages, documents, forms and public materials (the Website).

The Website is operated by Afilcorp Capital Pte Limited (the Operator) under the FXHill professional-services brand. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Website.

These terms apply only to use of the Website. They are not an engagement letter and do not govern any professional mandate separately accepted in writing.

The Website is directed principally to businesses, professional counterparties and persons acting in a business or institutional capacity.

The Website does not offer investment, trading, banking, payment or other financial products to retail customers. You are responsible for determining whether access is lawful in your location.

FXHill is a professional-services brand and is not a separate legal person.

The Website provides general information concerning compliance administration, regulatory licensing readiness, governance, AML/CFT documentation, institutional onboarding preparation and operating-infrastructure coordination.

The legal entity responsible for a professional engagement will be stated in the applicable written engagement terms.

Accessing the Website, downloading material, submitting an enquiry or participating in a preliminary discussion does not create a client, adviser, solicitor-client, fiduciary, agency or partnership relationship, a duty to provide services or an obligation to accept an engagement.

Work begins only after scope, conflicts, KYC/KYB requirements, commercial terms and written engagement terms have been agreed.

Website content is general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, audit, investment, financial, trading or other professional advice.

It is not an offer, invitation, recommendation or inducement relating to a financial product, regulated activity, account, payment service or transaction. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified and, where required, licensed advisers before acting.

FXHill does not hold itself out as a regulator, licensing authority, bank, authorised institution, payment institution, stored-value facility licensee, broker, dealer, investment firm, asset manager, trading venue, liquidity provider, insurer, law firm, audit practice or tax practice.

References to licensing readiness concern administrative preparation, documentation, governance, evidence, project coordination and implementation discipline. They do not constitute a regulatory determination or guarantee.

Where current official verification confirms that the Operator holds Hong Kong Trust or Company Service Provider Licence No. TC010344, any statement concerning that licence is limited to the scope of services permitted by that regime.

The licence must not be interpreted as authorising banking, payment services, securities dealing, leveraged foreign exchange trading, asset management, investment advice, legal services, tax advice, accounting or audit.

The Operator seeks to maintain accurate and useful Website content but does not warrant that all information is complete, current or suitable for a particular matter. Law, regulation, guidance, provider criteria and market practice may change without notice.

Dates, descriptions and external references should be read as at the stated review date. Verify material information before relying on it.

Regulatory, bank, EMI, PSP, insurer, technology-provider and other third-party decisions are made independently.

No Website statement guarantees acceptance, timing, pricing, terms or continued service.

The contact form is for preliminary business enquiries. Do not submit passports, identity documents, bank statements, source-of-funds records, client files, credentials or other sensitive material through the public form.

A form confirmation acknowledges receipt only. It is not acceptance of an engagement. Secure document arrangements will be agreed separately where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information, inability to access the Website, external providers, events outside reasonable control, indirect loss or loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings.

Website access is provided without charge. Liability under a separately accepted engagement is governed exclusively by that engagement’s written terms.

Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Notice and any Personal Information Collection Statement presented at the point of collection.

The Operator may update these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance, subject to mandatory law.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure or delay in exercising a right is not a waiver.

A person who is not a party to these terms has no right to enforce them, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Subject to mandatory law, the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Website use.
